as sadness comes

somehow along the way, 

this journey, 

i managed to get through,

the pain,

the depression,

the urge of giving up,

the loneliness,

the emptiness. 

when depression came,

giving up seems so easy.

"i quit".

"i'm done".

"i can't do this anymore".

i wish i can just left.

and never look back. 

but reality checks in.

responsibility,

hopes,

expectations.

if i'm being selfish, 

i won't be here.
